FAQ’S

  • When you use your insurance, you may be responsible for only a copayment or coinsurance, reducing your out-of-pocket expenses for each session.

  • If your insurance provider is not listed as in-network, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits or choose our self-pay option, and we will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement.

  • Increased Confidentiality:

Opting for private pay ensures that sensitive information about your therapy and diagnosis remains solely between you and your therapist. Insurance claims typically involve sharing diagnostic information.

    -Enhanced Privacy:

Unlike insurance billing, private pay eliminates the need to share your therapy details with third-party entities. This can provide a greater sense of privacy and control over your therapy journey.

    -No Diagnoses Required:

When paying privately, clients do not need to receive a formal diagnosis for reimbursement purposes. This may be beneficial for individuals who are seeking support without wanting to label or define their experiences with a diagnosis.

  • We kindly ask that you give us 24hr notice if you can’t make it to your session. If you are unable to cancel within the 24hr window there is a $50 late cancelation fee. Life happens, and believe us we get it, however the time has been reserved exclusively for you, and what kind of therapists would we be if we didn’t outline clear and healthy boundaries, right?
